Children's Day at the National Museum of History of Ukraine


We invite you to the Children's Day with a unique educational and entertaining program and an interesting master-class, which will surely please your children!

Small visitors to the museum learn how our ancestors created a fabric - from the stage of growing flax, spinning and weaving. In addition, they will see the ancient weaving instruments, hear the myths and legends of spinning and weaving of various historical periods: the times of Trypillians, Scythians, Greek colonies in Ukraine, ancient Slavs, the Cossacks and the nineteenth century.

Children also learn about the characters that are playing on canvas, play games and sing songs.

And during the master class each person can wrap himself with an interesting souvenir in memory.

So this Saturday, little travelers in time will discover a hidden world of everyday life of their ancestors, join! ;)

Start of the program on Saturday, November 11th: at 12:00 - for children 5-7 years old and at 15:00 - for children from 8 to 11 years old.

Duration - 2-2,5 hours. The cost of the entire program + workshop - 100 UAH.
