The second wine festival Kiev Food & Wine Festival in the capital of Ukraine


21-22 March in art gallery «LAVRA» will host the second Kiev Food & Wine Festival, with the theme of poetry and wine.

If the award "The most exquisite drink" existed, then it undoubtedly would be given to a good glass of old wine. This b grape drink is popular even among advocates of a healthy lifestyle and the culture of consumption has long, but full of beautiful and spectacular aspects history.

March 21 and 22 at the Art Gallery «LAVRA» will be held the second in a row Kiev Food & Wine Festival. The variety of wines, lectures by professional winemakers and sommeliers, wine fair and peaceful atmosphere of Ukrainian poets and musicians are awaiting for the guests. The main aim of festival is fostering a wine consumption culture, as well as the general introduction to the concept of gastro aethetics.

At the festival it’s planned to open five thematic areas:

- Wine Fair, where the visitors will see a wide choice of wines from all possible regions of the world

- Gastronomic area will introduce viewers to a great variety of appetizers, the most suitable for wine. Look here for seafood and cheese

- Main stage is a place for performances of modern Ukrainian poets and musicians. A highlight of the program will be the show from Oleg Kravchenko, best sommelier of Ukraine in 2011

- Lounge area waits for guests with its unobtrusive music, games and home comfort

The festival will be held March 21 and 22, in the Art Gallery «LAVRA» (Lavrska Str. 1).

Each visitor will receive a glass at the entrance as a gift in case of paying the cost of attending the festival - 40 UAH.
