The purpose of the tournament - to determine the restaurant, that cooks the most delicious Ukrainian Borsch.
The task is that the chefs must cook 50 liters of borscht and entertain the public, and guests of the festival will give a voice to the one who, in their opinion, is the best.
The winner will receive a certificate, a certificate, and "Borsch Cup".
